I wanted to let everyone know that #203303 still is causing
kdemultimedia to fail to build. Using -fpermissive doesn't seem to help,
at least not when patching it into the Makefile.am's.

I noticed while trying to update libtool for kdegraphics that it causes
kview to no longer install kview.la/so . I am not sure what the cause of
this is, but it is very bad since the new libtool is needed for building
on arm afaik.
