qtdmm should build-depend on libqt3-mt-dev instead of libqt3-dev. This
is particularly important to get fixed since we (the Debian Qt/KDE
Maintainers) are planning on removing the non-threaded libraries in
our next upload or so.
kdeartwork failed to build on a sparc buildd due to temporarily
unavailable build dependancies. It has built on my sparc pbuilder.

Making qt4-x11 depend on libxinerama-dev, means that it depens on xorg.
This means that qt4 can only get into testing when the X transition is
completed.
I'm far from an expert on this, but are you sure you really want this?
(OTOH: I suppose the transition to xorg is inevitable anyway
