not found on system.

Result: plugins fail to start.

I have Samsung GT-55570I and when try to mount internal storage his mount but
under uid=root and gid=root and can't write and delete from sd card.
On this case from command line use this:
#mount -t vfat -o umask=0,uid=asd /dev/sdd1 /media/usb1

Problen is simple when start dolphin from contextual menu (via usb widget on
kde desktop) ,dolphin is unable to perform copy operations from pc to phone and
reverse.
When running dolphin from commnand line dolphin wo any args alls is ok.

Looking on ~/.kde/share/config/startupconfigfiles, is defined
/usr/share/config/kcminputrc but not found, suppose to be on
/usr/share/kde4/config/

Solved this issue :
rm /usr/share/kde4/apps/solid/actions/solid_camera.desktop
because camera: protocol not working on android devices only mtp:
protocol and on contextual menus was two instances of dolphin one with
camera: protocol and second with mtp: protocol
