Is there anybody working on this? Is this bug tracking system still active?
I can confirm that printing is completely broken with Okular on Debian
Jessie. I am also using a HP printer with hplip. The lower third of
pages are always blank.

Unfortunately this bug is still present in stable (jessie), as the
package version there is still 4.14.2-2 as of today. Any chance this
could also be fixed in stable?
It even looks like the debian patch in 4.14.2-2
(upstream_remove_part_from_KXMLGUIFactory_on_exit) is partially
involved in this.
