Same problem with 5.15.8+dfsg-6, downgrading to 5.15.8+dfsg-5 fixed the
problem.

I just put snd_pcsp in blacklist.conf and it seems everything is

It is not skim. Skim was uninstalled.
kde can show multybyte character. eg. Just copypaste stuff from a
gtk app into kate works perfectly.
