This is probably the same as the upstream bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=259183 . If it is, this is a regression,
since this setup works correctly in KDE 4.4 and doesn't work in KDE 4.5 and
above (tested on KDE 4.5.4 up until 4.7.0).

Using kscd to play an audio CD, you can click on the first button to turn
random on, but once you do so, you won't be able to turn it off. Quiting the
application and starting it up again will re-open the application with random
"off".

Since this bug makes the package unusable for everyone that doesn't have that
package installed (until, at least, they found out that they need it),
shouldn't the severity of this bug be raised to a RC level?

Well, the bug was reported against the etch version of knotes, and while the
bug is still present there, it is not present on lenny, so I think this can
be closed.

If this is so, then this is only an "usability bug", and the severity should
be downgraded from "important". If this is not the case, it would probably
help to add some info in the upstream bug.
