Source: kde-l10n Followup-For: Bug #791872 Tom's analysis is correct. The root cause is removing translation files allegedly shipped in other packages. Rolling back kde-l10n to previous Debian revision (4.14.0-1) fixes the issue. The problem is that kde-l10n 4.14.0-2 already reached testing,
