After upgrading my system to version 4:4.6.3-3 of kde4libs packages, kdm failed
to start properly, leaving a blank screen with blinking cursor. There were no
error messages in either /var/log/

The problem can be fixed by installing policykit which is not currently a
dependency of systemsettings (nor a recommends or suggests). A more graceful
failure would be nice.

Plasma-desktop also depends on qtdeclarative5-kf5solid which is a
transitional package for qml-module-org-kde-solid.
