kmail apparently doesn't display icons for ignored or watched threads
in message lists or the design editor for message lists. The icon
seems to be missing, because libkf5messagelist loads the icons in
messagelist/core/theme.cppL

I forgot to include this information in the last mail:
The whole bug only occurs if kdm was restarted or the computer was in
hibernation.
And i have to correct my last mail. openGL 3.1 does also fail. This means only
XRender works without problems.

To me this bug also happens if i switch to another TTY (with ctrl+alt+f1-6) or
x-screen. I can work around this by restarting KDM. I don't have a laptop but a
desktop computer. So my power supply is always plugged in.
