I also notice that .xsession is not executed. In custom mode, desktop is
not the same that normally. Only one desktop (I configure 4), no icons
in KDE panel. In KDE, french is my default language but everything is in
english, no more sound play (I use ALSA, artsd is not running). I have
to set ALSA in sound system architecture, but even with this setting,
sound test is not working. If I put hardware to autodetect I get "Error
while initializing sound driver. Device or resource busy" No need to say
that xmms is reading CD and GnomeMeeting is working too. Finaly,
Ctr+Alt+Fn doesn't work anymore in X. If I try on welcome window, it's
working.
I use SID on 2.4.24 kernel with latest version kdm 3.2.1-1 and xfree
4.3.0-5
