This packaging bug is fixed in newer versions of the kmail package.

Man, do you know how might I do for exploring with the controller?
You must reset a mail of a GUI, this way from MacOS you either never have to
explore the provider over the 25-bit directory, or must enable the attachment
for cancelling a RO URL.
