i made the missing table myself with a "create database mysql ; use
mysql ; create table servers (c int);" (ok that is probably not the
format of the servers table, but i can't imagine why it would even
need this table). anyway the error message disappeared but my
akonadi_gcal_resource_1 still do

Get the same here too on akonadi-server 1.2.1-1+b1:
100309 14:57:41 [ERROR] Can't open and lock privilege tables: Table
'mysql.servers' doesn't exist
Oddly akonadi did work for a while, then had a segfault, and then the
above error started to appear.
