Bug#790703: Confirmation of this bug

I just got the upgraded packages and I can confirm that this does make systemsettings unusable. Clicking on the 'System Settings' menu item doesn't do anything. When trying to start it from the command line, I got something similar to the original bug reporter: $ systemsettings5 kf5.kiconthemes
