No bug. I just found out that nowadays one has to explicitly add the line
#!/bin/bash
before it can be executed. This was not the case in former KDE versions, if I
remember correctly.
Bug can be closed.

I have added a few shortcuts to my extra side-panel (like firefox and some
others). Sometimes, when I click on them, nothing happens, the program is not
being started.
