systemsettings package, but present in kdebase-workspace-bin package.
I think that this is a mistake because this
pkg-kde-tools_0.4.7_amd64.changes uploaded successfully to localhost
along with the files:

accept web shortcuts (like gg:blah) anymore. In the krunner settings dialogue,
