I have updated the template file and pushed the changes to alioth. I
tried building the package and it succeeded (and all tests passed). But
on grepping for "GPL-2 (FIXME)", I saw some matches inside the test
folder that made me wonder if something more is to be done. Can anyone
please confirm?
