It seems, the database.yml file is not getting detected.
The gem in question is rqrcode-rails3 which is a member of GitLab
runtime dependency chain.

is lintian-happy and builds fine in chroot (sbuild). I have pushed it
to our alioth repo and is available as ruby-get-process-mem.
