Hi team!
Please upload ruby-gettext 3.2.2-2, it fixes #840789 among other changes.
Please don't upload, I want to fix another issue.

Hello!
I've packaged new upstream versions of ruby-gettext and ruby-tzinfo.
Please, upload them. (ruby-tzinfo should not break rails, it doesn't
have incompatible api changes). Thanks in advance.

Hi team,
I've pushed new upstream packages for ruby-gettext, ruby-raindrops and
ruby-tzinfo. Please review and upload them.

concerns that it may break rails, I think it's a very time to check
this :)
