Dear team, I would like to change the settings of some of the packages I'm maintaining, ruby-mail-gpg for example, to modify the location of the GitLab CI config. However, currently, I'm unable to do so, due to my "Developer" level. Accordingly, could someone bump this please? "Maintainer"
