This is a quick update on recent progress with packaging the Bazel Build
System [1] for Debian. My involvement grew out of an urgent need for
TensorFlow that was identified during the recent COVID-19 Biohackathon

I have shortly reviewed it and there are have some very minor notes::
- Please use the git-packaging schema, described in Debian Science Policy
[1].
Usually we do not pull upstreams commits, but import tarball with
pristine-tar.
