Thanks. Uploading your fix now. Should have done this a while ago,
just slipped between the cracks.
(In general, do feel free to upload unobjectionable fixes to my
packages, I really don't mind. Especially if you also push to the
packaging repo.)

I'm always happy to have someone else upload a fix, just go ahead and do it.
But in this case, the latest upstream no longer manifests the problem.
Since there was no fix to the div.cpp test case, I suspect it was an
actual bug that the test case picked up and upstream fixed. But I have
not bothere
For whatever it's worth, actually the repo is still there.
The way Debian canonicalizes repo URLs has changed though.
It can now be accessed via
git://anonscm.debian.org/~bap/cb2bib.git

/usr/include/qhull/liqhull.h. So building with liqhull-dev (>=
2012.1-3) might solve this problem.
But in the longer term, it would be best to transition to the new path
and filename.
