Hello, Indeed the changes from Scilab 5 to 6 include non-heterogeneous strings and quotes around the save(...) input parameters; so simply replacing execstr(sprintf('save(pathmacros+filesep()+''%s.bin'',%s)',vars(i),vars(i))); by execstr(sprintf('save(pathmacros+filesep()+''%s.bin’’,'’%s'')',vars(i),vars(i))); should do it.
