I was wondering, shouldn't kfreebsd-* be added to the list of squeeze
architectures so that the tracker is aware of it? or should we wait until
the number of built packages is almost the same as for the linux archs?

Ok, it seems there is a problem with : libphp5.so (libapache2-mod-php5)
I replaced the file with an older one and it works.
Did you by any chance also installed php5-dbg?
