Do you think we should keep the current git repo to keep the history and change
the git repo name with source package name?
Or should we create new git repo?

wifite in Debian (and Kali) is based on https://github.com/derv82/wifite2 .
There is no commit there since september 2018 but a lot of opened issues and
pull requests.
In Kali we received the suggestion to use this repo instead:
https://github.com/kimocoder/wifite2
It has update
