Hi Jan,
Do you have any news? What do you think about I send a source-only
upload to Debian, without any change? This action will make the
regripper available for Debian 12 Bookworm.

Hi team,
regripper (sponsored in 2021) needs a source-only upload to migrate do
testing. Is there any problem not known by everyone that is blocking
this upload?
I noticed this issue when updating forensics-all.

Hi David,
I just uploaded firewalk. Thanks for your work.

IMHO "is hard to maintain" is not a good argument. However...
s are essential to watch
ABI status. Is need to think about the current and future of the
packages depending on the library. If the problem is only
"symbols-file-contains-current-version-with-debian-revision", simply
remove the revision digit from each line inside the symbols file.

Hi Raphael,
How you said, the changes are trivial and non-intrusive. Janitor is
welcome for me. Go ahead.

Hi Marcos,
Please:
1. Move the Comment to "Files: *" block and explain about 2007 year.
2. Read carefully all my requests.

I can review it tomorrow. However, the GPL-3 text is wrong (pointing

Hi Thiago,
Thanks for your work. I migrated DH level to 12 and I did upload of
the package. Considering my changes, I already merged the branch and
set a tag.

Hi Sven,
Sorry, sorry, sorry... I was a bit busy in last days and I didn't see
your last message asking for an upload.
I just uploaded tomb to bpo.
Please, let me know if you need more uploads.

A very good work again. A detail only: Denis Roio is duplicate in
first block. The right way is use 2007-2019.
Sorry but I forgot a detail...
Please, update the block debian/* in debian/copyright file. You need
include Andreas and Raphael names and update some dates. Use: egrep
'(@|\[)' debian/changelog

- Declare absent upstream names, as Federico Reiven. You can use -->
egrep -sriA25 '(copyright|public dom)' <-- in upstream source code to
search all names.
2. Patches:
- Please, declare in changelog all removed patches and the reason.
