Hi,
Here they are. I tried different versions of XF86Configs.
I forgot to mention that using XFree86 -configure found the ATI 3D Rage
Mach64 GT video too which may work and I haven't tried yet. But removing
the reference to the driver ati from the config file I got the same
message.

I upgraded to testing from poatato some months ago.
I upgraded xserver-xfree86 4.1.0-5 from the previous version 4.0.3 as
I recall the numbers. X was working with 4.0.3 release but withe new
release when I start startx or xdm or Xfree86 I get the message at the and

is it possible to view avi or divx under sparc/linux.
avifile won't work, because it depends on *.dll's wich runs
only under x86.
Any hints?
