I assume your Sun Blade has XVR-500 graphics card and you are running X11. If
it's so, I have unfortunately bad news for your as the glitch is a known issue
which is not apparently going to be fixed anytime soon.
At the moment, there is no XVR driver for X11, "only" reverse-engineered

I asked just to make sure I did not miss something obvious (like the .config file in /boot
dir :)). I've been wondering why Debian on Sparc doesn't have compiled-in drivers for
SUN's graphics cards. I can confirm that sunxvr500 driver works flawlessly even
(I'm sorry for multiple posting, I did not expect such high latency)
Ah, please forget the question #2. Too late I realized I confused Elite3D and
Expert3D
cards. But the question #1 remains. Could anybody answer it?
