No, postgres clearly triggers a *serious* bug with Ultra5s at least.
Probably all sun4u architectures suffer from this.

recompiled 2.2.12 with the current egcs64, and I have had no cr

even Stop-A to get in the monitor, I have to go through a full power
cycle.
