Hi, as the question came up on IRC: Just wanted to give some update about my progress in adopting the silo package:
Thanks to Jurij I'm now a memmber of the debootloaders Alioth project. I imported the previous packaging and switched to Git. My packing so far is at http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=debootloaders/silo.git My initial plan was to upload silo as soon as I've got silo building on sparc64 -- but I'm not yet there. See also http://bugs.debian.org/721396 So I guess it's probably better to upload without working sparc64 support soon. The upload won't happen immediately though as I'm on the road travelling a bit often currently, but next weekend sounds realistic. (Can't test _that_ package remotely, i.e. need to be at home for preparing the upload. :-) Regards, Axel -- ,''`. | Axel Beckert <a...@debian.org>, http://people.debian.org/~abe/ : :' : | Debian Developer, ftp.ch.debian.org Admin `. `' | 1024D: F067 EA27 26B9 C3FC 1486 202E C09E 1D89 9593 0EDE `- | 4096R: 2517 B724 C5F6 CA99 5329 6E61 2FF9 CD59 6126 16B5 -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-sparc-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
