/etc/init.d/gpm stop

next boot.

Is gpm running?
James Morrison
I did set it to use /dev/sunmouse, and I have tried many protocols. I think the
one that the XFree web site has was "busmouse" I think that is what it is at
right now.

Hello,
I Just installed Debian 2.2r3 on my Sun SparcStation LX, and when I use
the
command "startx" everything works but the mouse. I have messed around in the
XF86Config, but haven't gotten it to work. Does anyone know what to do?
Thanks!
