Hi,
I`ve emacs20 Version: 20.2-6, tm Version: 7.106.0-1.3 installed.
Tm uses mmencode program (for attachment processes) which I could not
find on my hamm box.
I found that from http://www.debian.org/packages.html (content search):

To start, go to www.debian.org and read the installation section. It
explains what the packages are for and how to install them. It also
explains setting up a machine from scratch with no OS on it. The basic
path is to grab a set of boot disks, install these to have a base system

Dear Sir/Madam:
I would like to know how can I download a free copy of your Linux
software. I tried to find a site to download or ftp the files.
But I only saw different files/package names. I seem can not locate
a point from where I can download or ftp Linux software as a whole.
Could you help

Yes, this is a bug (fixed in slink). pppconfig should depend on

Thanks, people, the documentation in /usr/doc/ppp was just what I needed.
I tried pppconfig, but what I got when I executed it was:

chmod: too few arguments
Try `chmod --help' for more information.

Hi all,
I have a question regarding plog. I just recently installed Debian, and
have no complaints, but I am kind of puzzled. Until about a week ago, the
plog command worked beautifully--it showed me everything I needed to know
about my ppp connection. But then it stopped logging to /var/log/ppp.

Hi,
I am wanting to move to the 2.0.33 kernel on a toshiba laptop. The resume
