Could you not 'pinch' (i.e. borrow) a CD from one of the other PCs?
Shouldn't be difficult to install it on your PC temporarily, especially
if it's IDE.
As for DHCP, install the dhcpcd package (the client) and it should work
out of the box (it did for me in a similar case (firewall,

with IceWM, WindowMaker, Blackbox, Enlightment, so I will try with
WindowMaker while we get a solution to IceWM problems.

That is not exactly true. I have an onboard Sound Pro which I have gotten
to work with my Linux box. It has taken a lot of work and I'm not sure
exactly what I did to get it to work, but it does now work. Have you
tried using isapnp?

After dleting my root partition I have managed to install a minimal syste.
I tried to install some new packages but te installation script for
cpp failed and I cannot login to my machine. The error i get is
