For any who've found this thread by searching for the problem they're
having, the workaround is to create the file
/etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99useragent and populate it with:
Acquire
{
http::User-Agent "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/60.0";
};
This changes apt's HTTP
PS:
I've just submitted a bug report (via reportbug) for this.

Hi I was installing Debian and after finishing I was only able to boot into
a tty. There was a problem during install where it wouldn't connect to the
mirror and I had to go ahead anyway and it said I'd only have basic
utilities. I was at the library and I may have had a unreliable connection.

This has never been necessary for me.
Are you attempting to enable use of multiple seats?
Are you attempting to utilize the PCIe card wit
Hi all,
I am on a fully-up-to-date Debian Sid.
My system is i7-8700k and, till now I've been using the "internal"
graphics card (served by i915 driver).
Now I installed a new (external) Radeon graphics card.
It is correctly seen by kernel:

And indeed, I just added a `nhexl-separate-line` user config to
nhexl-mode to do that. Just a
Hi,
I'm playing with systemd-container on Debian 10 (Buster).
I have mpd listening on port 8000 insite the container.
Networking between the host and the container is working fine but one
port (8000) in this case is not:
mpd [10.0.1.147] 8000 (?) : Connection refused
It looks like systemd/syste
