(kernel 2.6.18), and have installed the necessary modules for the tv-tuner
(v4l, linux-source, linux-headers, etc), and modprobed the corresponding

wget is receiving a 403 error (Forbidden) when trying to retrieve a special
web page,
while lynx (and other text and graphical web browsers) succeeded to get this

What may be the cause?
P.S. wget is behaving properly with other websites.
