When I had Debian etch RC1 which came with 2.6.17 kernel and older version
of udev I had no network interfaces renaming errors. I installed fresh etch
with the latest kernel and udev yesterday (kernet 2.6.18-3, udev 0.103-1) and
right after that I started to notice interface renaming errors.

I downloaded latest 0.8.2 source tarball and tied to compile it.
I defined kernel source directory and iptables source directory in the
makefile. I downloaded iptables source by issuing:
apt-get source iptables
After that I copi
I figured it out at last:) This was because gpgv package. When I installed
it - I was able to upgrade this gnupg at last:)

Another cool option is to use knock daemon. With it I have ssh access disabled
and when I need to get it - I send special packet
sequence and doors magicaly opens:)

I just downloaded RC1 yesterday and tried to do clean installation. I noticed
that this install tries to install some packages of
Selinux by default. My question is - is there any way to disable these packages
installations, will selinux be enabled on my machine
after istall is finished and
