I have a problem that I cannot browse the web using one of my ISP accounts (Freeserve). I can ping www.debian.org but when I try to lynx www.debian.org the screen freezes saying sending http request. I can successfully browse the web using a different but ISP (Demon). This has worked upto

I too have a D-Link DFE530tx and I'm using the scyld driver. I'm no kernel compile Guru, what errors did you get ? From memory I think I had to add a -I/usr/src/linux/include to the compile command. /usr/src/linux is where the kernel sources are on my machine. The deb package I've used for the

I too have a D-link 530tx. DFE530TX. The base Debian setup didn't work for me so I went to Donald Becker's site and got the latest update. Compiled and installed the module... Whaaah its all up and running ! I'm using the 2.2.17 kernel. Donald's driver page gives a good description of what to do
