Jigdo lets you re-use files from old discs (or loop-mounted images). So you could get the old images now (either with jigdo, which will have many missing files, or with BitTorrent), then tell jigdo to scan those discs when the new images are made. Assuming many of the files from the old images remain in the new ones, this should significantly reduce your download on the new ones. I'm doing that so I can get the release sooner (it takes me about a week to get one disc image over dial-up). PS: I apologise if I break threading. AFAIK I don't have a way to use Reference headers
