Hi.
I have Thunderbolt docking station and ports including USBs and HDMIs
stop working intermittently.
Is there any way to find out if the issue is Thunderbolt connection
related or if its the Docking shutting down the ports?

The problem was panel "Application Menu Bar" on another screen.
When I disconnected the screen the menu was still hidden, so I think
that the feature of adding app menu to the panel does not seem to work
with many screens.
