Okay.
My keyboard just pooped out in tty2 so I have no idea
if my configurations are okay , plus I also notcied upon bebooting that it
does not have "any ports found", now I wonder what this is? Is this why it
could not find the modem?

We had problems with this configuration of the keyboard at various stages.
Is there an alternative?
Otherwise it seems to do it rig
To be in root, am I not supposed to be opening it through the apps pull down
menu in Gnome? And it appears to open and swiftly close itself down but like
I said, I'm choosing it from the apps menu.
