I don't think I have got the XDM: too many retransmissions
error, but my experience is that XDMCP and X-win32 in
particular is very picky about name resolution.
Make sure the name mapping is correct by doing both
forward (name - ip-addr) and backward (ip-addr - name) lookup
of the hosts involved
I have come across a strange bug in woody when createing a shared
library.
If I make a shared library and calls the glibc functions stat() or
fstat() from
within my shared library I get a relocation error when I run a program
using my library.
