mounted with the (standard) option 'noexec'. Try 'mount -o remount,exec
/cdrom', substituting the actual mount point of your CD drive for

As for the xlib6g problem, 'libxaw6' from the above server replaces
xlib6g. I can't remember having any problem with dependencies on
xfree86-common, but I can't check now. If you can't get it to work with
these tips, let me know and I will try to reinstall X 4.0.1 at home.

I've updated to xfree4. Everything is okay, exept the keyboard, this
is in english, I need it in german. Where can I do these changes. I
tried it wiht xf86cfg, but this didn't run proper. Can anyone help me

I did all shown in the Softare-Raid-HOWTO, but it didn't work. I did
the mkraid /dev/md0 with the umounted partition /var. It aborted and
wanted me to look at the syslogs. But if the /var partition is
umounted, there's no place to log to.
What can I do now?
