Has anyone been able to get the Acrobat Reader plugin working on
Mozilla? It works fine under Netscape, but putting nppdf.so in
/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins seems to have absolutely no effect. I
checked to make sure the permissions are right, but that doesn't seem
to be the problem. It

I'll be upgrading my machine fairly soon and I'm torn between
these two motherboards
Gigabyte GA-7DXR
Abit KG7-RAID
On one hand, I've used Abit boards before and they are very good. On
the other hand, the Gigabyte board has a built-in audio, so that will
save me some money in not
The kernel should take care of the routing. What is your
/etc/network/interfaces file look like? Just trying to probe to find a
possible answer for you.

Whenever I reboot my system, I get the following error from
/etc/init.d/mountnfs.sh:
RPC: unable to receive, errno: no route to host
The result is that some NFS mount requests fail. The funny thing is
that this happens for only the first directory I try to mount from a
particular host.
, the strange
thing is that the first mount request fails but the second one and all
the ones thereafter (which happen immediately after the first) always
succeed.

websites that my system now refuses to connect to. I know that these
sites are up because other systems can connect to them. And I can

I just upgraded to the latest version of X in unstable and here's the
error I get when trying to run startx:
X: server socket directory has suspicious ownership, aborting
