installing into /usr/local ??

machines in our network. So I have to update only this one package not one on every machine. And I do not have the space to install the package on each machine. Is there a special procedure I have to follow for the Debian distrib. ? Thanks for any advice ! Peter Biechele

Installing 1.3.1 BIG Problems !!!

th the "verify disk" from the adaptec scsi setup. I could succesfully install Win95 and Win NT4.0. The only thing I can imagine is that the 3 1/2 Floppy is damaged in some way ??!! Does anybody know any help ?? I don´t want to be stuck with Win95 !! PLEASE help me urgently !!!
