The usual problem with full-disk encryption like for example
dm-cypt/luks[0] is that you need to unlock the container at boot. With
remote access that
- first you install the newest version of pg
- then drop it is cluster, not the .deb
- upgrade the old cluster i.e. databases to the newest version of your
pg installation

I just wanted to tell you about iredmail, a fully fledged email system.
iredmail itself is a set of shell scripts used to install and configure
standard components available as .deb like for example postfix, dovecot,
clamav, etc.
I have tested the whole thing on Lenny -- non-virtualized
