Secure boot appears enabled in kernel log but not with mokutil

"Kernel Panic" upgrading from 2.4.27 to 2.6.8

e the big difference between 2.4.X & 2.6.X configs (i made a "make oldconfig", and i have gone through both files again and again). I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Aitor.
