I dont know whether this is an appropriate forum to open this thread. I am an ardent admirer of linux and debian in particular. Earlier I used to work on FC 1, recently I swithced to debian. God, it is loads of fun. I am working for a major software company in India. But whenever I talk
btdownloadgui abc.torrent
it starts allright but after 20 or 30 % the download stops. curiously it starts uploading and the process hangs at that stage. Any clues

Hi list,
I am facing problems installing my HP printer (make 3325 inkjet). I have done the following -
[EMAIL PROTECTED] apt-get install hplip
Added a printer on the web based interface at http://localhost:631/
Stopped and restarted cupsd.
lspci does not show a usb printer. The dmesg has s

alsaconf loads no drivers, does not detect any PnP or pci cards, neither it detects any legacy drivers!!!
