Hi, I've just migrated to Icedove (icedove_31.0-3) from the latest Thunderbird. I copyied my Thunderbird's profile $HOME/.thunderbird to $HOME/.icedove, and it seems good so far.
Is there know problem for this?, because Know problems of Icedove: https://wiki.debian.org/Icedove#Known_Problems says > migration, transition of $HOME/.mozilla-thunderbird to $HOME/.icedove or $HOME/.mozilla/thunderbird and /etc/thunderbird to /etc/icedove (Thunderbird's folder name is different from mine.) I checked (the title of) all (open) bugs https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?dist=unstable;package=icedove but couldn't find bugs about migrating profiles. Also same in ML archives like https://lists.debian.org/cgi-bin/search?P=icedove+import&DEFAULTOP=or&sort=relevance&HITSPERPAGE=10 If no know problem for migrating from the latest Thunderbird to Icedove (from $HOME/.thunderbird to $HOME/.icedove), I think it's better to revise https://wiki.debian.org/Icedove#Known_Problems , then more users can decide migration. Otherwise, please teach me the problem, I don't want to break my profile.. Thx. Taro -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-user-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
