man-pages should tell you more. A simple modprobe 3c59x should work
if the module has been compiled. Just try it.

windows environment, just press alt+F7 to get to the virtual terminal (it

i think that modconf gets you back to that part of the installation - the
only thing is, it doesn't help you if your device isn't listed. that
said, it's waaay better than starting from scratch (which i've done a few
