Hi, in my case, it was not firefox itself but the mozilla tabextensions (package mozilla-tabextensions), that are now broken since the firefox packages in sarge are no longer 1.0.4-based but 1.0.6-based. The following bug report describes what I experienced:

Hi, I still experience this problem with the latest firefox security update (1.0.4-2sarge5). The bug report (#324311) was closed on Sep 4, and nobody has reopened it thereafter. Am I the only one still having problems with the middle mouse button in firefox? regards Daniel --

All, After doing some security updates today, I noticed that my middle click in firefox is not working properly. It will no longer open all links in a new tab. Instead, it works for some but not others. Is there a way I can fix this problem? Thanks, Chris Bozic
