I am new to debian, was using Mandrake until 9.2
update trashed all. Anyway, I installed Woody and can't get the modem or
sound to work. My modem is internal ISA (hardware controlled)with
jumper settings of (port=02F8, IRQ=3) = COM2. Modem works in Windows and
also in Mandrake.
